#OutdoorTown Host SPAR Lancashire School Games

Last month, Burnley hosted a Party in the Park event as a finale for the Lancashire School Games.

Children from schools in Burnley, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, and Rossendale enjoyed an action-packed day of games and activities, from Kayaking, orienteering, tree planting and tennis, before ending the event with a colour run and dancing around the Queens Park bandstand.

Burnley was chosen to host to showcase our wonderful #OutdoorTown and help highlight all the wonderful ways we can be active and enjoy the outdoors.
