This walk takes you through the heart of the historic Weavers’ Triangle, where canalside paths weave between striking mill buildings, old warehouses and rows of workers’ homes, all powerful reminders of the town’s rich heritage.

Following a peaceful, lock-free stretch of the canal, the route offers a unique blend of history and scenery, towards the Straight Mile, an iconic feature of the waterways.
