It’s suitable for walkers with a reasonable level of fitness, with some varied terrain along the way, making it a great choice for those looking for a more adventurous outing.

As part of the wider 40-mile Burnley Way, this is a linear section, but it can easily be linked back using local bus routes or connecting paths or combined with the other sections if you’d like to complete the full circular route and experience the journey in its entirety.
