Parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event.
Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!
Everyone takes part for their own reasons and enjoyment so please come along and join in whatever your pace!
There is also a “new runners” briefing, so you don’t have to worry about where to go and what to do as everything will be explained prior to the start.

You can take the children on the play park, visit the Hall, grab a coffee or take a stroll through the woodland trails afterwards.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing – it’s free!
But please register before you first come along and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it. Without your barcode you won’t get a time.
