This is the first yoga project from park yoga in the north of England!
Park Yoga encourage people to take part in activities outdoors which are good for their health and wellbeing.
All sessions are held on Sunday mornings, from May to September, in the beautiful Queens Park, Burnley.
All are welcome; regardless of age, background or ability.
Park Yoga is free to attend and there is no need to book.
Things to bring:
Mat or Towel or Blanket.
Bottle of water.
A friend.
