Bank Hall
1000 native British trees were planted over two sessions on this site, the first was held on Sunday 26th November 2023 and was our first tree planting event of the season. The session was ran by Burnley Council greenspaces staff with help from Trees for Burnley. Over 28 volunteers registered at the session but more than 50 attended, many of whom were Beat the Street players.
The second planting session was held on Wednesday 27th March 2024, where Burnley Leisure and Culture staff teamed up with staff from Greenspaces to plant the remaining 300 trees.
